Opportunity
This global sports betting & iGaming organization offers sports betting and gaming products through a series of well-known, international brands. Although the brands mostly operate online, the division includes 500+ betting shops in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI). The UKI business accounts for 26% of the business of its parent company.
Two of its sports betting and iGaming brands were already live on Verint Workforce Management. However, another was working with a workforce management solution from another provider. This reliance on a patchwork of WFM applications resulted in a fragmented approach to workforce management which increased costs, including software licenses and maintenance. Moreover, the different platforms reduced visibility across brands and denied the organization a single, enterprise-wide view of its 1,100 agents.

It is integrated with other tools and platforms used, including Vonage (shortly to switch to AWS Connect), Salesforce, and AWS.
